Tuition fees

The tuition fees for  Georgian Universities is cheap and affordable but not the same for all institutions. However, for undergraduate studies, it is put at an average of $2,500-$3000 per year.

For international students planning to study at the postgraduate level, it is $4,500 per year on average.

Cost of living

Cost of living in Georgia is inexpensive and affordable. It is cheaper than the cost of living in USA. As an international student, you can spend $450 to $500 per month. This estimated amount will cover the cost of accommodation, feeding, books, travel etc. 

It’s not compulsory that the cost of living should be what we have above. But it really depends on the student since some could spend more or less. So, cheer up!

Admission Requirements

Admission requirements for Undergraduate Studies:

  • Admission/ Invitation letter to study in any Georgian university.
  • Accommodation letter.
  • Student Visa.

Note that it is an E-Invitation. E-visa international Students are not required to go to the embassy for visa. International Students will fly into Georgia with their passport, and the above mentioned documents.

For postgraduate studies;

  • A good Bachelor degree,
  • Proficiency in English result.

Language of Instruction

Kartvelian language is the official language spoken widely in Georgia. This is what most Georgian Universities or high institutions use as a Primary language for learning. There are other languages of instructions in Georgia and English is one of them.

There are lots of Courses that are designed basically for international students that use English as language of instruction. Also, international students can join in the preparatory class to learn the Georgian Language before taking up their main courses of study.
