1 EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN UNIVERSITY (EMU)
Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) is located in Northern Cyprus and was established in 1979 as a higher-education institution of technology for Turkish Cypriots. It was converted to a state university in 1986. The campus is located within the city of Famagusta and is a member of the Caucasus University Association in Cyprus. Eastern Mediterranean University is only one of five universities in the region to have been awarded the prestigious ABET (Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology) in the field of engineering.
EMU tuition fees range from 3630 – 5500 Euros per semester for their different undergraduate programs.All international students at EMU receive a bursary that covers 50 % of tuition fees (except the Medicine program which does not offer any scholarships and Pharmacy where 25% and 50% scholarships are offered on the basis of merit).
2 CYPRUS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY (CIU)
Cyprus International University was established in 1997. Cyprus International University is concerned particularly with the quality of its teaching, the employability of its graduates and the application of its research expertise for the benefit of the community. CIU is able to provide individual development for its students, both locally and internationally.
The annual tuition fee for all international students studying in Bachelor (undergraduate) programs in CIU averages under 3,600 Euros per year except Pharmacy, which costs 7,000 Euros per year. CIU also offers undergraduate international students an opportunity to choose from different tuition and fees packages. It offers students an ‘all-in-one’ package which includes tuition, accommodation, and feeding. A wide selection of room choices is also available for this package and the fees (all-in- one package) vary accordingly between 4500 Euros and 9000 Euros.
3 EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY CYPRUS (EUC)

Cost of Living
Cost of living as an international student in Cyprus is cheap and affordable. As an estimated amount, it is in the range of 350-600 $ per month. This will take care of expenses like food, books, accommodation, etc.
Tuition fees for all international students wishing to study in Cyprus are generally below € 3,500 / year. But it depends on the course and university – private or public can be higher.

International Students can pay their tuition fees via bank transfer or cash.
The student will be issued a Final Acceptance Letter only after the tuition fees have been paid. This will enable him process and obtain his Visa from the Turkish /Cyprus Embassy in his home country.
(Note: Citizens of those countries which can get entry visa from all Cyprus checkpoints / borders get a tourist visa (21 days to 4 months) on their own initiative and arrive in Cyprus. Later on, they complete processing of all necessary documents at the university, after which university assists them to get student visa).
Only after the issue of a Student Visa, the student will be given final admission to the course of his/her choice, provided a seat in that particular course is available at that point of time.
An International student will have to undergo a medical check up at his/her own cost. He/she will be required to submit a report of this medical examination/certification to the University. Final admission of International students is subject to medical check-up clearance.
